Please Note:

A confirmed booking by Shimmer & Shine constitutes a legally binding agreement as per terms below;

No booking is considered confirmed until a booking fee / deposit has been fully paid and a confirmation slip has been signed.

Non payment of deposit, such as returned cheques will terminate your booking until repayed, a minimum charge of £15 will be added to cover my costs/bank charges.

Non payment of balances due is unacceptable and will be forwarded to a third party for collection, either debt collection or court proceedings will be taken.

Refunds will only be given in the unlikely event of Shimmer & Shine being unable to continue with your booking, and a replacement makeup artist maybe offered.
